Return Policy

At Desert Marigold Co, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags attached

To request a return, please email @desertmarigold.shop@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Hats and accessories
  • Stickers and paper goods
  • Limited-edition or seasonal drops
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery @desertmarigold.shop@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or item, you may request an eligible return for store credit and place a new order.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

Desert Marigold Co, reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
